If you’re like us, we’ve lived and recreated in this community for decades, across generations. We love the White Mountains. And we especially love this town. We love this side of town. And we love the neighborhoods on this side of town. 

It’s almost perfect. 
Almost. 

That is, except for a clutch, locally-owned and -operated general store on steroids. So, we decided to start one! Meet your soon-to-be favorite general store: Pinetop Provisions. 

Opening sometime before Memorial Day 2026, right where the old Spill Realty office used to be. Have you ever wondered how many times  you drove by that old building? We counted; it’s a million. We’ve been hard at work turning this familiar spot into something new. Sorry it’s taken us so long, but it’s about to happen. This won’t be just a store—it’s a place to slow down, enjoy a cup of coffee, take in the mountain air, and head home with some some toilet paper. 

Swing by on your way to the lake or the slopes, come pick up that shaker of garlic salt (translation: a 12’er of Banquets) for supper. Maybe you need a rockin’ t-shirt to rub a few noses down in the Valley in the fact that you have a sub-100 degree spot to spend your summer. 

We’re still putting the finishing touches on the place, and we can’t wait to open our doors and become part of your daily routine.  But you can still do business with us RIGHT NOW! We’re adding new items to our online store every day. And we are still offering 24/7 self-service ice, water, and propane vending NOW. Just pull up, fill up, and be on your way, any time of day or night. We have your bases covered.
